Same layout, same plumbing. The kitchen looks new without moving anything.
Everything comes out and goes back in, in the same footprint. This is the project we build most often.
Walls move. The kitchen opens into the family room and the whole floor plan changes.
Ranges are for planning only. Cabinets are typically 30 to 40 percent of the budget and are the single biggest variable. Your written estimate is itemized line by line after we measure, and it is free.

We come out, measure, look at what is behind the walls and talk honestly about what your budget will and will not cover.
Our designers draw the new layout, then you pick cabinets, quartz, tile and fixtures at our showroom on Stine Rd.

We pull the permits with the City of Bakersfield or Kern County, then our crews and your project manager build it.
We go through every detail with you, fix anything on the list and close out the permit.
For a full remodel in the same footprint, plan on four to eight weeks of construction once the cabinets arrive. Cabinet lead times and permit approval add several weeks before that, so a typical project runs two to four months from signed contract to final walkthrough. We set up a temporary kitchen area and seal off the work zone so you can stay in the house.
If plumbing, electrical or structure changes, yes. We prepare the drawings, submit the application to the City of Bakersfield or Kern County, respond to plan check and schedule every inspection. You never visit the building department.
In most Bakersfield homes, yes. We check whether the wall is load bearing and install a properly sized beam with an engineer's calculations included in the permit. The Moretti and Rodriguez kitchens above were both opened up this way.
