If plumbing, electrical or structural work changes, yes. Coast Design & Build prepares the drawings and pulls the permit with the City of Bakersfield or Kern County, and we schedule the inspections.
Yes. Most clients do. We set up a temporary kitchen area, seal off the work zone and keep the site clean every day.
In most homes, yes. We evaluate whether the wall is load-bearing and install a properly sized beam when needed, with an engineer’s calculations included in the permit.
