Before

The Palella primary bathroom had a large corner tub, a separate shower with a half wall, plantation shutters and a lot of wasted floor space. The homeowners wanted a modern, open, spa-style bathroom.

What we did

  • Shower: tub and old shower removed and replaced with an oversized curbless walk-in shower in gray stone-look porcelain, a rain head, handheld sprayer, built-in niches and a bench, enclosed with a single fixed glass panel.
  • Vanity: long floating gray double vanity with white integrated sinks, black faucets and a backlit LED mirror.
  • Storage: floating white shelves and a wall-mounted medicine cabinet.
  • Flooring: large-format white marble-look tile.
  • Fixtures: wall-hung toilet and matte black hardware throughout.

The result

One of the most dramatic transformations in our portfolio: a dated tub-and-shower layout turned into a bright, open wet room.
